The Integro Foundation is a Puerto Rico-based 501(c)(3) and 1101.01 (a)(2) (Act 22/60 eligible) nonprofit that connects local causes and organizations to philanthropic and strategic resources. Fundraising with a Return on Impact

Integro Foundation empowers grassroots organizations to maximize positive change by offering grants that create a lasting ROI – return on impact. We believe just like venture capital has compounding interest, charitable donations should have compounding impact. Our goal is to provide 10x efficacy and value for each dollar donated to Integro. That means for every $1 donated, we work to create $10 of value. Through matching campaigns and smart uses of funds, we are able to make donations go further.

Alejandro Silva Díaz

Operations Director

A social intrapreneur within the nonprofit sector, Mr. Silva Díaz has dedicated his career to promoting civic participation among youth, as well as aiding in the development of small and community businesses. His mission within Integro is to bridge resources for the benefit of local communities and nonprofit organizations leading change. He holds a MA in Social Entrepreneurship, and a BA in Cognitive Media Technologies.

Adam Krim

Development Director

Architect of visionary ventures that are in “right alignment” with an evolving culture and economy that enhances quality of life for all of the planet’s citizens. A Wharton Business graduate, Adam marries business and marketing leadership and savviness with social consciousness. A global community builder, Adam is an inspired entrepreneur with a passion for motivating people to pursue their dreams and then facilitating the connections and experience that will bring those dreams to fruition.

Rexer Rivas

Communications Officer

Entrepreneur and visual artist dedicated to the management and development of social networks, market strategist and public relations. Rexer Rivas has a BA in Public Relations and a minor in Psychology. Passionate about social causes, community growth and beautify the digital and earthly environments, with a deep passion for all those sources of knowledge and development of senses that help us as human beings to elevate the intellect, consciousness and spirit.

Mayra Díaz

Senior Manager of Finance and Administration

A native Puerto Rican with an MA in Accounting and 20 years of experience in administration and accounting fields. With over 8 years of experience in not for profit organizations, Mrs. Diaz loves to implement her knowledge in order to help those most in need. Her professional goal is to organize and structure funds in order to maximize them.

Matilde Córdova

Public Relations Consultant

With over 30 years of experience in Public Relations and Communications, Ms. Córdova has worked with partners in shipping to wine and spirits, finance, real estate, automotive and retail to the hospitality industry, NGOs’ and health related services. She holds a BA from the University of Navarra.

Adriana Rivera

Development Associate
PARACa VISTA Fellow

From Río Grande, PR, Ms. Adriana Rivera has a degree in International Studies from Sagrado Corazón University. An ardent proponent of community engagement, she advocates for community inclusion in the spaces where decisions are being made to solve local issues. She works to gain firsthand knowledge on the needs and issues of nonprofits and grassroots projects to create sustainable solutions together.
Adriana entered Integro as a fellow through a partnership with Mentes en Acción and Americorps VISTA.

Chairman

Prominent entrepreneur and venture capitalist who has been credited with pioneering the market for digital currency and has raised more than $5B for companies he has founded. Pierce is the Chairman of the Bitcoin Foundation and co-founder of EOS Alliance, Block.one, Blockchain Capital, Tether, and Mastercoin (the first ICO).

Crystal Rose

Vice Chair

Technologist, entrepreneur, investor and Forbes Top 10 Women in Blockchain. CEO and Founder of Make Sense Labs, building Sense Chat private messenger and other cryptocurrency enabled, decentralized applications using blockchain technology. She raised over $30M in capital from top institutional VCs for her companies.

Julia Whippo

Secretary

Julia Whippo is an ex-Goldman Sachs executive and entrepreneur with over 11 years of international living, business, investment and advisory experience. She currently serves as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Strategic Bank and is on a mission to revolutionize the modern approach to banking, psychological health and environmental issues.

Miguel Vargas

Treasurer

A native Puerto Rican with an MA in Accounting and 20 years of experience in administration and accounting fields. With over 8 years of experience in not for profit organizations, Mrs. Diaz loves to implement her knowledge in order to help those most in need. Her professional goal is to organize and structure funds in order to maximize them.

Eduardo Emanuelli

Director

Born and raised in San Juan, PR, Eduardo is a lawyer and entrepreneur. His ventures include a surf company, a female talent agency, a tour guide company and a food truck / van. Eduardo has led a homegrown angel investment group based out of Puerto Rico which influences the growth of the local entrepreneurship ecosystem.

He is a licensed state and federal attorney with an L.L.M from Pepperdine University in Negotiation.

Terry Gross

Director

Mr. Gross has an extensive focus on the changing face of copyright, trademark and media law in the digital age. His first degree and career was in computer science and his experience as a systems programmer for IBM, a systems analyst at University of California Medical Center and as the director of data processing for a local governmental agency gave him early expertise in the developing computer field. Since that time, he has been an active force in the field of Internet law.

Mari Allende

Director

Born and raised in San Juan, PR, Mari is Vice President of TOL Productions. Mari is a renowned actrees TV host, actress, and philanthropist.

Pedro Ríos

Director

Born in Río Piedras, and currently living in the east of Puerto Rico, Mr. Pedro Ríos is an Ecosystem Management & Planning Team Leader at El Yunque National Forest, where he has led community integration initiatives with the department. A graduate from the University of Puerto Rico and North Carolina State University, he has taken part of steering committees at Enlace de Acción Climática PR, and Caribbean Landscape Conservation Cooperative.
